- The data present in the database — Missing tables, corrupted tables, misplaced values and columns should be organized

Migration is done under three different phases
Phase-1 : Data verification. Tables, columns in tables and values are thoroughly checked and validated.
Phase-2 : Running scripts to migrate the data. Users are requested not to use Simply CRM On-Demand account during this phase; the changes done in this phase will not be affected after the migration.
Phase-3 : Post migration validation. Few tests are performed to ensure that the information is migrated accurately.
